Understanding Fit & Size
Before placing your order, ensure you've checked our size chart! Our T-Shirts are the epitome of quality and comfort. However, they tend to be on the smaller side. The size chart is conveniently located near the size selection option for every product we sell.
If you find the size isn't right, don't fret. We're here to help you find the perfect fit. After all, what's the point of RadTeez if you can't wear them comfortably? Get in touch with us and let us know the size you need.
Please note that sizing issues should be reported within 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
Addressing Damaged Items or Poor-Quality Printing
We strive for perfection, but understand that sometimes things can go awry. If you receive a flawed product, please send us a picture showcasing the poor print quality or the damage on the item.
This includes receiving a garment with a hole, a tear, a stain, print/ink issues, an off-centered print, or even the wrong design. Anything that doesn't meet your expectation is our responsibility to fix.
We'll gladly replace the items for you. And rest assured, we'll find the person responsible in our warehouse, dock their lunch hour, confiscate their headphones, and have them send you a personal apology video. 😉
