RadTeez Return Policy
At RadTeez.com, we’re here to make killer tees—and lifelong fans. We’re a small-but-mighty print-on-demand shop, which means every single shirt is made just for you. Because of that, your satisfaction matters, and so does setting clear expectations.
Below is everything you need to know about returns, replacements, and what we can and can’t accept.
Before You Order: Check That Size Chart!
Our tees are soft, high-quality, and built for everyday radness—but they can run a little snug.
Every product page includes a size chart right next to the size selector. Please check it before ordering!
Because all items are custom-printed-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, including:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Wanting a different color
- Changing your mind after delivery
Once your shirt is printed, it’s unique to you—we can’t resell it, and returned non-defective items must be discarded.
So please triple-check your size and color before placing your order. Your future self will thank you.
If Your Item Arrives Damaged, Defective, or Wrong
Now, THIS is where we step in like absolute legends.
If you receive any of the following:
- A damaged garment
- A misprint
- Off-center or low-quality print
- The wrong design
- A hole, tear, stain, or anything that clearly isn’t right
Just send us a photo within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of it ASAP.
What We’ll Do
We’ll gladly replace the item at no cost to you. You’ll get a fresh shirt, and we’ll continue our quest for quality domination.
And don’t worry—we’ll track down whoever caused the mistake, revoke their lunch privileges, confiscate their headphones, and make them film a heartfelt apology. 😉
(Okay… maybe not all of that. But we will fix the problem.)
Why We Don’t Offer Size Exchanges or Buyer’s-Choice Returns
RadTeez products are printed on demand, one at a time, specifically for your order. There’s no warehouse of inventory and nothing to “swap out”—which means:
- We can’t accept returns for non-defective items
- We can’t exchange your shirt for a different size or color
- We can’t resell returned items
This is standard for custom-printed products, and we want to be transparent up front so there are no surprises.
30-Day Guarantee (For Defects & Damages Only)
If something is wrong with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to report it. After that, we’re unable to process replacements—so please check your items when they arrive.
